With only a few months to go, we had to secure a venue, promote the event, manage sign-ups, organize sponsor payments, and handle all the nitty-gritty details like AV, badges, and catering. The goal was to ensure this inaugural event was so successful it would set the stage for an annual series.

Our first mission? Finding the perfect venue. We discovered Glaziers Hall, an iconic location at London Bridge with a stunning main plenary room and four breakout spaces, including the historical London Bridge arches. Solving the Logistics Puzzle
