Our Event Planning Services
Eventify offer a range of event management services packages which can provide you with everything you need to plan the best event possible. Eventify can provide you with a plan to ensure a number of important functions are considered during the planning process of your event, this can include a road map for the event to all stakeholders to understand why the event is taking place, ensure all relevant aspects of the event are considered during the planning stage, ensuring nothing is overlooked whilst also providing support during the event.
We work with various clients as an events production company, supporting on projects of all sizes. For example, our client approached us in 2020 and needed help with their firmwide training programme for new joiners within their business. The event had taken place at the same hotel for many years, following the same format year on year. When the realisation hit that lockdown was here to stay, they had to do something to continue to welcome their new employees. Lockdown restrictions meant the event could not happen in person, so Eventify re-ignited the event virtually. During 2020 and 2021 we successfully ran the event virtually on six occasions.
Towards the end of 2021, our client was focused on re-launching the event in person and requested us to find a new venue to host the event. The main event requirements are a main plenary for 220 cabaret, 200 bedrooms for 5 nights, 20 bedrooms for 7 nights, 16 breakout rooms + an organisers office with storage facilities. Once these logistical elements were met the venue also needed to be modern, inspiring and innovative, with lots of branding opportunities.
We completed the venue finding process by attending site visits across Europe, with the client deciding on Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, and confirming Eventify to fully manage the event, from schedule creation and logistics to rooming list management and delivery. All targets were met during the event management process, with 220 happy delegates after their week-long conference as the result!
