It’s hard to choose one but Banqueting House has to be one of my favourites – the most stunning backdrop for dinners and parties!
3. Favourite cocktail?
An obvious choice but you just can’t go wrong with a Pornstar Martini!
4. Starter or dessert?
Dessert all the way! My all-time favourite has to be a homemade apple crumble with ice cream.

Sri Lanka – for the beaches, food and people!

It’s a tough call but I would have to say 8 Northumberland Avenue, I just love the grand Victorian ballroom, and the opportunities for branding are endless!

There’s too many to choose from… if I had to be pinned down it’s a close call between a Pina Colada and an Espresso Martini.
4. Starter or dessert?
Dessert – anything tropical, not a fan of chocolate desserts!

Dubai – I love the heat and the glamour.

Starter alllll the way! Dessert is completely overrated.

I love a city break, and it doesn’t get much better than Rome, so much to see and do, and everything there is so beautiful.
