Rebecca started her career in events in the Corporate Hospitality world, which took her to various amazing sporting venues such as Ascot racecourse, Twickenham stadium and Cheltenham racecourse, and allowed her to gain experience before starting her degree. Rebecca secured a position at Merlin Events London for her placement year at University, and spent the year learning all there is to know about the events industry in London whilst selling events across the Merlin portfolio, being the first port of call for all potential clients.

After achieving a first class honours degree in Events Management (with a bit of travelling to South East Asia and Australia in between!), Rebecca returned to the Merlin Events team as an Events Manager. Her time as an events manager was spent organising and delivering an array of events; colourful and creative Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, launch parties for the latest Barbie movie or lipstick for a leading make-up brand (think pink!), corporate awards dinners, parties for over 1000 guests, and more. Rebecca soon progressed to become the Senior Events Manager for the London team and spent her last two years there heading up the sales department, before co-founding Eventify. Rebecca’s passion lies in working with clients and bringing their dream events to life!

When not running events, Rebecca can be found exploring new travel destinations, bars and restaurants; and documenting it all on social media of course!
