It’s a tough call but I would have to say 8 Northumberland Avenue, I just love the grand Victorian ballroom, and the opportunities for branding are endless!
3. Favourite cocktail?
There’s too many to choose from… if I had to be pinned down it’s a close call between a Pina Colada and an Espresso Martini.
4. Starter or dessert?
Dessert – anything tropical, not a fan of chocolate desserts!

Barbados – no contest!

2. Favourite venue in London?
It changes all the time but at the moment the events spaces at Sea Containers… the venue has a real buzz, it’s location is ideal and their roof terrace is such a hidden gem!
3. Favourite cocktail?
An obvious choice but you just can’t go wrong with a Pornstar Martini!
4. Starter or dessert?
Dessert all the way! My all-time favourite has to be a homemade apple crumble with ice cream.
5. Favourite holiday destination?
Sri Lanka – for the beaches, food and people!
