I hear you, it’s only February, and we’ve barely got over last year’s full-on festive season. Most of us trying to eat more healthily, be more mindful and give our bodies a well-deserved break. BUT I feel I must warn you about not missing out on the very best Christmas party ideas that 2020 has to offer. Every year I am heartbroken by sad stories and crying clients who’ve had to settle for their second (or third, or fourth!) choice because all the best venues and dates have been snapped up earlier in the year by those dang organised folk. So seeing as we’ve started a new decade, let’s all be sure to do things differently and get Christmas events sorted now. I promise, this year, you won’t get Christmas party FOMO, not on my watch! See my top five picks of exclusive and shared party venues for 2020 and get in touch with the team at Eventify who will do all the hard work for you and secure your perfect venue, all for free!
Christmas at The Vaults
The Vaults pull it out of the bag every year with amazing themes for their immersive dinners and parties, and 2020 is no exception. Whether you are a small group looking to join a shared party or a large group wishing to book the Vaults exclusively, you can choose from Harry Potter-inspired The Yule Tide Ball, Cinderella And The Midnight Feast or Romeo And Juliet’s Winter Ball.
Cowdray House is a breath-taking country house at the heart of the 16,500 acres Cowdray Estate in West Sussex. Available for exclusive-use hire and in my opinion, it is the PERFECT Christmas party venue. The house can sleep up to 44 guests in luxurious bedrooms in the main house and can accommodate up to 150 guests seated in Buck Hall, their impressive main events space. Close your eyes and imagine the swankiest house party ever… I promise you’ll most likely see Cowdray House!
Après Ski at Finsbury Square
For anyone working in the City, this party gives you the opportunity to leave the office behind and pop over to an Alpine wonderland for the night! Après Ski is an ice-cool party in the heart of the city with breath-taking scenery, sumptuous food, superior wines and mesmerising entertainment, all located in the heart of the City at Finsbury Square.
This may not be the first venue that springs to mind when thinking of a Christmas event. However, I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the new and improved spaces available at QEII. With impressive views over the iconic London skyline and state-of-art AV facilities you can host an evening to remember at this venue, combined with its central location, you’re on to a winner.
Carnivale at Evolution London
If you’re looking to escape the city and get away from the December chill, this is the event for you. Carnivale brings Latin America to Evolution London. Set to be a riotous celebration of Mardi Gras, Calypso and Samba from the moment you arrive with drummers welcoming guests at the door to the exhilarating entertainment, costumes and food and drinks inside.
So that’s my round up for 2020, a real snapshot of what is on offer for Christmas events this year. Want more?
